Today’s Tip Tuesday is a somewhat personal tip, considering the work all of us at The Fan’s P.O.V..

With how much the convention and cosplay scene changed drastically, with the constant usage of social media being a prominent thing, sometimes we share amazing cosplay pictures to nearly everyone in our circles.

While yes, that is an awesome thing to show everyone these awesome cosplayers and how great the picture looks, sometimes people tend to not give credit where credit is due.
Photographers work just as hard as the cosplayer does, making sure that each shot makes the subject look as amazing as they possibly could, from location, angle, editing, and so much more.

Sometimes, the photographer’s watermark is edited out, or shared through another source aside from the original, from either the cosplayer or the photographer.

So to keep it short and sweet:

GIVE THE PHOTOGRAPHER AND COSPLAYER THE PROPER CREDIT WHEN SHARING PHOTOS.
